Description:This is an indoor run workout. Please meet at the North East Corner of the track facility. Pre Run Activation will begin promptly at 6pm, please be dressed and ready. Athletes are advised to attend with a water bottle, proper indoor run clothing and a stopwatch. Heart rate monitor is option for most workouts as most training on the track is done by pace. Workout consists of activation, warm up, drills, dynamic flexibility, agility, strides and speed, Main set specific to the training block the club is in. Cool down. Optional post workout mobility.
