Summer Training Schedule

Greetings Tribalistic Triathlon Teammates (and Friends, who might join in!).

Here are the summer schedule updates for July and August 2018:

Beginning on Tuesday July 3 and continuing until Wednesday August 22nd:

Tuesday: Brick Workout: This will be a Time Trial Bike/Interval Based/Race specific/Simulation Ride followed by a paced run.  This workout will begin at 6pm at Coach Jared’s Home (please email for directions if required (Info at tribalistic.ca). The start location allows for a higher level of bike security during the group brick.

 

Wednesday: Group Bike Workout: This will continue to be a group bike ride. Starting at 6pm from the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond Parking Lot and continue west out of the city.

 

Additional workout details and plans are available to level 2 members via Training Peaks.
