December Workout Updates

Tribalistic Athletes:

Please continue to check the Google Calendar/Training Schedule on a weekly basis to be sure you’re not missing any workout changes.  The club and coaching staff make every effort to be very predictable, but sometimes changes need to be made pending facilities or staffing.

As per the calendar, here are a couple of updates coming up in December:

Thursday December 10th: No Track Workout. (Weather is looking great, get outdoors for a 30-45minute Zone 2-3 type run)

Tuesday December 15th: No Track Workout. (This is a recovery week.  If you happen to have access to a treadmill somewhere, throw in 4-5x1minute on with 2 minutes easy at a speed faster than a 5km effort).

December 22, 24, 29, 31: Max Bell is closed there will be no regular running workouts.

As of the writing of this post, all cycling workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday will continue uninterrupted through the rest of December and into January.
